Juicing isn't any better for you than eating entire fruits and veggies.

Some people believe that juicing is better than eating whole fruits and vegetables because it allows your body to absorb nutrients more effectively and relieves your digestive system of the burden of fiber digestion. Juicing is said to lower your cancer risk, improve your immune system, remove toxins from your body, aid digestion, and promote weight loss.
