Fruit or cheese, which is healthier?

I'm trying to lower my blood sugar and triglycerides.

After my last blood test last month, I cut out junk food from my diet for the most part. On a given day, I would eat a lot of nuts with some meat and vegetables while including either fruit or cheese, but not both. But I have to include one of these things to make my diet a lot easier, especially given my situation. I'm trying to decide whether or not I should stick with a high fat low carb keto diet with cheese and no fruit OR a paleo diet with some carbs(fruit only) but no cheese.
