Hey guys
I have heard two opinions.
1. The bad. When digest oil and carb together, it’s not good because glucose opens the cell and oil digested can contribute to fat storage.
2. The good. Oil slows down carb absorption.
I have to consume about 90g of olive oil daily. And my diet also have 300g of carb mostly from rice. Therefore I either eat oil it with rice or drink oil alone.
What do guys think?
