Hi all, not sure if this is the right place for this but I was hoping someone could help.
I have recently started working out after a long break and I am going to through this problem stomach
gets badly upset after running and exercises. It bloats and digestion get messed up and it accumulates gas(not taking any supplements just a banana 1 hour before workout). Once i quit working out it gets better after 3-4 days. I have checked with doctor and researched online but no solution. One online blog says that its has something to do with shortage of blood flow in digestive system.
Advice needed from professional coaches or someone facing same issues.
