Hey people , to be in a caloric surplus i need something around 3000 calories .
I usually eat 400-1000 a day and im not a big eater. That is why i made this diet routine to get in easy calories and wanted some opinions about it ( keep in mind that im verry skinny )
Breakfast : 3 eggs , 1 scoop of whey protein
9-10 : 1 fruit - 4 tbps of peanut buter
Lunch : Rice and chicken
13-15 : 4 tps of peanut butter
15-18 : 20 Chicken nuggets (800 calories!!)
Dinner:Pasta and Pesto + 1 or 2 Scoop of Mutant mass
