Coolsculpting & Body Recomp?

If you have Coolsculpting done, it will remove fat and lower your caloric requirements, correct?

And if your diet and exercise remain the same as before you had Coolsculpting, you will gain that weight back somewhere else on your body, right?

So, if you're a skinny-fat hardgainer, could you, theoretically, use Coolsculpting to remove flab and lower your caloric requirements and then lift weights and gain muscle without increasing your caloric intake? Possibly replacing the lost fat?

Wouldn't this newly-gained mass be easier to maintain because you gained it at your normal caloric intake?
