Caloric intake question, advice needed.

So basically when I do these body online recomposition calculators because I'm trying to lose belly fat but still gain muscle it just seems like it's just giving me way too many calories like I don't need 3,400 calories. Any ideas on this? How can I calculate what I need to gain muscle and lose fat exactly or approximately?
