Should I eat eggs/oatmeal or cereal/whey for breakfast?

I weigh 180lbs, I want to lose 20lbs in the next 6 months. I want to look like Zac Efron in Baywatch or Brad Pitt in Fight Club.

It's actually easier for me to eat less calories with the cereal(Lucky Charms)/whey(ON Double Chocolate). The eggs/oatmeal is healthier though. Which option should I go with?
