I am wondering if anyone was able to help me out.
I am looking at starting the shortcut to size program and I have read through it all but am a bit confused in the nutrition. E.g. ust how much much I should be eating per meal from when I wake up to end of day. I'm currently just 152 pounds .
So going off the info on the program is anyone able to help me out with what I should be getting ,how much fats ,protein etc
