I am currently lean bulking for a 2 year period. I am approximately 150lbs and 5'10. I am having trouble deciding if I should add any additional cardio. I do full body workouts as my primary source of muscle building and I am having trouble figuring out if I should add more cardio to avoid potential fat gain. I walk to the gym almost everyday I do my full body workouts and the walk takes around 40-45 minutes until I get to the gym depending on traffic. I don't have a drivers license so I have no other choice. I eat 5-6 times a day and that typically includes greek yogurt, cottage cheese, peanut butter, honey, oatmeal, bananas, nuts, etc. Outside of walking to the gym I already get a decent amount of cardio.
I work a fast food job and I do 2 8 hour shifts and 2 5 hour shifts and I am often either mopping, carrying heavy objects, and walking around to make sure everything is clean. I also don't eat any of the fast food's food I actually bring my own lunch. I am unsure of how many calories I burn, but with all I am doing I am sure I burn a decent amount already. The only day I am not working or going to the gym is Tuesday so I wonder if I should include any cardio on Tuesday or anymore cardio throughout the day. My gym also has a pool and I was thinking swimming could be great just to keep up my cardiovascular endurance overtime, but I am not sure.
Should I add more cardio to my routine or am I already doing enough?
