Muscle loss without weight lifting while maintaining high protein intake?

I have not lifted since February 2020, and even then, I recall going to the gym only 2-3 times from September 2019-February 2020. So practically, it's been almost 2 years since I lifted.

I started lifting in 2007, but was never super consistent, although prior to 2019, I've never taken a hiatus for longer than 4-6 weeks. In the past 2 years, I've maintained my protein intake at about 150g/day. I definitely notice muscle loss in my chest, but my biceps and legs seem about the same.
I'm about 10lbs heavier now than 2 years ago.

How much muscle should I expect to have lost?

I'm planning on going back to the gym again. Could I regain everything I've lost in the past 2 years in under a year or is that not feasible?
