Is 170-200g+ protein per day for a woman risky?

Hi everyone. I am a 5’8 135 pound female and currently run 40MPW 6 days a week and lift weights 5 days a week. I track my macros mainly on my fitness pal and have noticed I get anywhere from 170g’s of protein some days and even around 210g’s of protein on others. I eat around 2,900-3,000+ cals since I’m burning quite a lot from running. Is this protein intake safe??? I’m a little nervous because I’ve seen articles online claiming this much protein can lead to high risk to kidney stones/failure. Even on my rest days I still get around 150g’s which is a tad over my body weight. Thank you!
