Government panel shares its findings on 31 vaccine-related adverse events

The report by the National Adverse Event Following Immunisation (AEFI) committee confirmed that a 68-year-old man died due to anaphylaxis, an allergic reaction, after receiving the jab on March 8. The vaccine received was Covishield.
