Hey, i just want to ask - if my goal is building muscle and im bulking, can i have just like 2 scoops of protein powder (40g of protein) for breakfast, then train, and then like hour after training have full carbs/protein/fats meal ? Reason is, i train in the morning and i dont have apetite + i can train sooner and i feel better with just protein than with for example protein+oats+PB etc. But is it okay for muscle building, or is it bad and i should have carbs/fats for breakfast before training too ? Thanks
