Hello. Ive been working out for a little while now and have seen some pretty good gains. Now im starting to get into the nutrition aspect of it and I want to make sure I get enough protein for muscle growth, however, every different article I read seems to give me a different number for my weight. How much protein should i eat per day for muscle growth? I checked the calculator on bodybuilding.com, which gave me a daily protein intake of around 191 grams/day, but that seems like a lot compared to other articles I have read. Thank you.
