Nutrition post-sickness

Hey guys I just had a quick question regarding what to do food wise after a quick stomach bug.

Since September I have been on a really lean bulk and have put on about 12 really good pounds(currently 21 yrs old 6’3 201lbs) and I am really happy with my progress so far. I am really strict about hitting macros during the week and then on Saturdays I do an “untracked” day which usually just involves a Big salad from this nice place (leave me alone I like them) for lunch and pizza and beer with friends at night.
Last night was the usual and my stomach didn’t like something I put in it and I instantly puked up everything from that whole night and possibly day. Do you guys think it’s okay to treat today the same as yesterday or go back to hitting macros?

I know it sounds really crazy but I just get super weird about macros. I’ve come a long way in 3 yrs and I really value my work! Thanks guys
