Not progressing in the gym. Why? Nutrition or program?

Hello everyone. I need some advice on how to proceed.

I'm 30 yo, male, started lifting when I was 28yo. My stats are the following:

S: 75kg @5x3 B: 57.5kg @5x3 D: 105kg @5x3

I've been going to the gym for 2 years now. Started with a cut that lasted 9 months (lost 17kg), then bulked (too much) for 4 months (that was during christmas, I lost track). During the cut I was running SL (completely new to everything, no muscle on me prior). Then during the bulk I run GZCLP. Saw some progress on my lifts - squat from 60-->75kg, bench 50 -->60kg, DL 90-->105kg.

After the bulk, because I gained too much fat, I ended up cutting for 7 months (lost about 7-8kg). Still run GZCLP. And finally I bulked up again (3 months, not huge gain of fat, still run GZCLP), however I didn't reach in time the numbers of the previous bulk (I suspect I just rebuilt what I had lost). Ive been tracking calories religiously since (reason why first bulk went off the rails). I sleep 6-7 hours a day.

I'm going on a minicut to lose the fat I gained during the bulk which should last 3-4 weeks. Calories for the cut will be: total 2200 kcal, protein 180g, fat 70g, carbs 235g.

Where do I go from here? I feel demotivated to be honest. Progress is super slow (and that's me being optimistic, it's actually non existent) , numbers are a joke, which I understand it might be due to constant cutting. Is it thought? Do I change to a different program that's not aimed for beginners? Do I need to eat maintenance? Or even continue to bulk for 6 months?

Any ideas will be very much appreciated.
