Best diet for muscle gains

I am new here. I am 6'4 250 pounds. I started working out right after Thanksgiving trying to lose some fat while gaining muscle(not to the point of being a bodybuilder lol). I work out 4 times a week. My issue comes with what I eat. Although I have been noticing some progress with my body I am unsure of what is the most efficient diet plan for me. Protein calculators online are recommending me to eat 175-200 grand of protein daily. Can anyone suggest to me what is the best way to incorporate that in my diet.
