my pre workout meal is eggs on coconut oil and oatmeal. i tried replacing oatmeal with orange juice, rice, yams, bread, pancakes, gummy bears, basically tried every carb source and none give me steady consistent energy and pumps. every other carb source gives me a pump but then i feel tired while oatmeal didn’t do that, it’s steady energy source. so when people make those oh i’m going to eat french toast, pancakes bs i know that it’s simply not optimal. you feel bloated, you crash in the mid of your workout so yea… my breakfast is disgusting but it gives me the best results unlike those so called anabolic pancakes that make you crash hard rofl.
then i saw videos where you can make anabolic pizza, burgers, sandwiches. and i was like oh okay let’s try it. rofl blood pressure went up, results started being trash, i started feeling tired. these diets are hilarious
oh let’s not eat steak, let’s eat beef jerky because it tastes amazing. or even worse you dont need oatmeal you can simply eat 10 tubs of sugar free fruit spreads.
my food is disgusting. i eat eggs, oatmeal, beef, milk, potato, canned tuna, protein powder, and that’s it. gummy bears because it’s the best post workout meal, so that’s tasty. but i feel phenomenal on my diet.
if your food tastes good it’s probably unhealthy unless it’s a steak. i tried so many of these so called anabolic meals and i’ve had horrible results. yea they taste good but you also get garbage results if you compare it to real food. i don’t understand how people can cheat on their diet? its a lifestyle. you eat disgusting foods and you look amazing. once a week you can have a cheat day and enjoy your food
man these diets are crazy. seen thrm adding a bunch of processed junk together and calling it anabolic rofl. oh and not to mention if you’re natural and you don’t eat enough fats you gon lose all kinds of muscle mass! these diets don’t even include any fat.

i’m just writing this to help some people out because if you follow these types of diets you’re better off not even being on a diet whatsoever.
you need fats, you need carbs, and you need proteins
people that created these diets first of all are on steroids so they obviously don’t need as many fats as someone natural, they obviously don’t have heart or blood pressure issues, they probably don’t even follow that diet and do it to make money off views.
this by far has been the worst diet that i’ve ever tried in my life.
people need to come with the terms that you want a nice body? suffer for it not by lifting weights but by eating disgusting foods.
i have my own anabolic diet, it’s called 250-300g of protein at 1500 calories while on my final month of shredding. i feel much healthier on that diet than on these so called anabolic diets.
trust me i wouldn’t be eating eggs if they weren’t the best muscle building food on the planet. id be eating french toast and pancakes! id love some ice cream instead of canned tuna. oh man and a burger each day, yummy. i also would never eat/drink oatmeal and yams. id drink diet soda and eat fruits all day long. how does 1000mg of caffeine from c4 sound like? what a joke… i take up to 175mg of caffeine a day. i limit my carbs unless i need to go somewhere to look big, then i carbload. i make sure i get enough healthy fats and enough protein.
these so called anabolic diets are recipe for ruined hormones if you’re natural. sane goes for keto rofl, ppl do keto? these diets are so unhealthy and people use them as an excuse to eat trash foods and then theyre like oh but i’m burning fat. no you’re not, you’re probably just depleting your muscle glycogen and depleting your heart of life.
and what’s hilarious they advertise powdered greens as if that’s going to help them with consuming 10000mg if sodium a day. these people are on steroids, the average person is not
