Hey everyone, hopefully someone can relate to my story or be any sort of help for my situation. I am 22 year old male, always have had a fast metabolism and athletic. Super super skinny and tall, averaged around 140lbs at 6'4 until I started lifting weights and "bulking". However, I have realized that my appetite is gone now. I am up to 165lbs by lifting weights and trying to eat more, but I just can't eat anymore. For example, I used to be able to eat 2 chicken breasts and plate full of rice and broccoli, and now I can do half a chicken breast and some rice and some broccoli. I wake up starving, but have a hard time eating two pieces of toast when I used to be able to eat 4 eggs, two pieces of toast, bacon, pancakes, and sausage. I am starting to think that my mass gainer shake is what is tolling on my body (possibly the sugar? but I have no idea). I drink 3 shakes a day (one after breakfast, one after lift, and one before bed) but they are half shakes, so technically 1.5 shakes a day. I really want to put on more weight and fill my body out, but I can't eat much at all. Any help is extremely appreciated.
