Foods that Boost Cognitive Function, Mood, or Performance?

Does anyone have any links to articles or even personal anecdotes about foods that may lead to a boost in cognition or memory? I've personally noticed seemingly undeniably benefits in improving my previously very bad brain fog after switching from a vegetarian diet to one that includes fish. I didn't take a fish oil supplement, however, & I was almost certainly deficient in EFA's. I know these things are quite important for brain health and arguably mood as well. I've also read a large number of articles claiming things like blueberries improve memory, and while I eat blueberries or other types of berries almost everyday, I've been doing so long enough that I can't even say whether I can attribute my improved memory over time to just that. I'm also unimpressed with most of the research I've seen on the topic because the sample sizes were often extremely limited.
