Hey! This might be an interesting question.
I have this so-called 'ritual' with a friend of mine where we go and have a meal once a week and not calculate perfect macros. I still do, however, have around 80g of protein that day, and the amount of calories remains exactly the same, of course I end up increasing a bit more carbs and fat in lieu of protein. I don't have whey or casein powders cause for some reason they make me bloated and feeling unwell. I still train 6 days a week, including that day we go out to eat.
Are there any possible repercussions of not hitting your daily protein needs once every 7 days in terms of muscle loss?
