Was wondering something today.. a bodybuilder friend of mine told me that he has slight weight fluctuations depending on the amount of sodium he consumes.. I started taking notice of my sodium amounts on MyFitnessPal and noted that sometimes I have 3,000 mg of sodium in a day and sometimes even less than 2,000. Should I keep exact track of sodium levels per day as I do with my macros? As in make sure to get e.g. 2,500mg every day, not more not less?
