This might sound ridiculous to you, but I am cutting at just a bit over 1,900 kcals per day and feel like I'm gonna explode after some meals. Macros are 220c 131p 56f. I started incorporating foods like avocados and oatmeal to boost my fiber intake (because it was too low), and after a mid-sized meal (cup of oats and 1.5cups full fat milk) I feel full as hell and makes me think I'm eating too much. I'm not hungry a lot of the time so I have to force-feed to get in the required calories for the day. Any suggestions please?
