I have been tracking my calories now for the past 2-3 months and it has taken over my life. I always want more than what I can have in a day and when I eat it I feel so guilty and try to under eat a little the next day which I know is not healthy at all. I just wanna stop counting calories and eat healthy but unhealthy at times and just eat intuitively. I’m a 19 year old female who is 5’8 and 130 pounds. Should O be worrying about counting calories, or should I just eat what I want when I want and keep up my cardio and weightlifting like I usually do? (Cardio 3x week and Weightlifting 6x a week)
