Feeling dizzy and without energy in gym

Last Friday I was working out. I woke up after 8 hours of sleep then I ate some rice and meat and in about half an hour from that I went to the gym. Outside there was like 32 C ( 89 °F) So pretty hot but not too hot. I did first set of squats and I got pretty exhausted then I made another set of squat I started to feel dizzy but nothing out of norm, but after the third set it hit me I felt like I am about to pass out I was kinda losing conciousness for a sec, but I told myself that I have to finish this. The sweat was already dripping from me like crazy I was really winded then I went and did the fourth set I felt extremely unwell from that and I pushed my self to finish it even thought I could´nt so I atleast finished it with some bad form. And that was only the first execersise after that I felt like going home because I had basicaly 0 energy and I was really lightheaded the whole time. I managed to somehow painfully finish the whole gym session with leaving out just one excersise because I couldn´t handle that anymore. It was really demotivating and it really sucked. How could I prevent this from happening ever again? And what could cause this?

(And yes I was being hydrated the whole time.)
