I’ve been following the Fierce 5 beginner program for 10 weeks now making some nice gains. During this time I have been doing a clean bulk and went from 177lbs to 184lbs. Some was definitely fat but hey ho.
My question is, I am having jaw surgery in 3 weeks time and I’ve been told to do a liquid diet for 4 weeks and no training for at least 4 weeks. I am guessing I’ll lose the weight I’ve gained over the last 10 weeks. Should I continue clean bulking or should I just be eating anything in sight at this point?
