So I started training overall around a year ago on and off and the last 4 months I'm all in. Started bulking at 69 kg and now I'm 76-7
My height is 185cm.
I seriously eat as much as I can and nowadays I can't get my weight higher and also my muscle mass or I do while burning some other liquids and fats but considering it's not the case what should I do :)?
