Bulk or maintain

Hi,
I am a 17 years old male, 5'5 and 125lbs (57kg).
I currently do not know what to do, whether I should bulk or maintain (body recomposition)

I have been training with an injury off and on for 9 months. I am quite suck on what to do and someone recommend to eat at maintenance and just apply progressive overload. Would this be the best option for me. I am currently eating around 2500 for the past 3 days, this is my maintenance calories.

I got great advice from hardyboysare, saying this is the best time to maintain and put on muscle at the same time. and i think i will follow that advice and do so, but I was wondering if I am a little to chubby to do a bulk at this stage

Also I did suffer from extreme hunger in ED recovery so I did put on 7kg in about 3 months. Photo of me is below
