Hello guys,
So I get back to lifting after being 3 and a half years off,
Im coming back in shape (meanwhile i used to run 10km+,3-4 times a week)
My stats are:
Age:25.5
height:1.79 cm (wich is around 5"10.5)
weight:91-92 kg (204 lbs),around 20-21% body fat.
So after some calculation:
I want to eat (currently eating) 240 gram's of protein.(!) NOTE:I have calculated All the protein's in my meals, wich means I get only 175 grams/per day of animal based protein.
315-320 grams of carbs.Complex only.(oatmeal,backwheat,qinua...etc)
82 grams of fat daily.
So My Only goal right now is to gain muscle While losing fat.
My weight maintaince calorie calculator saying its just around 2959 calories,And I want to eat 2800 .
I train pretty high volume, most of the last sets are drop set's.(8-12 reps usually)(The lowest I sometime do is 6-7 rep)
I think 240 grams of protein total is pretty decent for this goal and for my weight.
I will appreciate Your comments on this diet and plan, any advice is welcomed (just with positive attitude)
