How much cardio should i be doing?
Im a slim male. Currently doing weight lifting alone at the gym normally 4x per week. But i want to incorperate cardio into my routine. The reason why is to be overall more healthier. I want to use the treadmill. How many mins or calories should i be doing per week max, in order to not lose too much muscle mass together with fat?
