I had a random craving to make some kind of breakfast-style pasta dish, using eggs/egg whites, peppers, some kind of cheese, mushrooms, avocado, etc etc... then maybe baking it to have a nice little char on the top.
Never tried it before but I feel like it'd be pretty great...
