So I'm about to join a new gym but it's about 25-30 mins walk away. I'm currently trying to gain as much muscle as possible. So I'm wondering, is walking to the gym everyday for 25-30 mins going to hamper gaining muscle? I'm asking this because 25-30 mins walk could possibly make you a little more tired on arrival and you'll burn more calories, so would it be more detrimental to building muscle compared to if you chose to take the bus for example?
