I’ve been eating 1 cup of dry rice a day which equals about 3 cups of wet rice. Is this too much rice. I’m trying to cut down. When I looked at my macros for carbs it said 225g so I figure rice, the easiest and cost-effective. I’m on day four of this. I’m also having proteins in and my fats.
