Working out after a meal

Hey everyone, I'm new here because I need an input on the following issue:

Even after waiting three hours after a meal I still feel as if I would have started working out immediately after eating. Getting reflux and burping a lot, and mostly leading to nausea or getting sick.
My best workouts were during 24h fasts but obviously I can't do that every day.

My breakfast every day consists of:
100g oats
10g pure cocoa powder
10g almond powder
40g honey
1 banana

all eaten in a bowl.



Should I just work out before breakfast, even though that might impair energy levels as well during a workout? Or try eating less before a workout?
