Hitting up Vegas for an impromptu trip with a buddy of mine... and I've only been there one time, didn't do much food exploring.
We're staying at Caesar's so i'm going to definitely try the buffet (Good vegas buffets are probably the only case where I'd do a buffet these days), but I also want to book 1-2 reservations at good spots on the strip.
