Meal plan for 2350 calories

I need some guidance on creating a meal plan that allows me to hit 2350 calories in a day which is my maintenance weight. I work at a full time job so everything would have to be prepared over the weekend. If anyone could give me example for a meal plan for breakfast lunch dinner it would be very much appreciated. My goal is also to build muscle and idk if anyone else has this same issue but when I workout with minimal rest like 1 minute between each set on every exercise, I don't ever feel hungry afterwards, my stomach would actually start to hurt in the middle of the night at like 5
I workout at around 7 pm and finish at about 9 because my gym is so busy.
