I'm looking for more ways to up my daily calorie count and don't have a lot of time to cook 3 or more meals a day. I do meal prep but am looking for additional smaller meals in between breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
I'm curious what store-bought/ready-to-eat (or with very minimal preparation) snacks there are that are both healthy but also high in calories. Any suggestions?
