Trying to cut fat, torn between seltzers and vodka

Tried bulking all I got was fat no muscle (but I didn’t work out at all because the gyms were closed). I love to drink, what’s bless fattening, vodka martinis or trulys? I drink up to 8 trulys a night so that’s over 800cals
