Diet help

so i was reading on how to start a successful caloric deficit diet and i had seen the suggestion that i should go for a 40/40/20 (protein/fats/carbs respectively). i entered some details into a TDEE calculator which was: age 16, male, 186cm tall, 95kg in mass, while doing moderate exercise (3-5 days per week at gym + jogging) with a rough body fat % of 20. the site suggested that for cutting i should be consuming 3,158 calories per day for a total of 22,107 calories per week, and 266g of protein, 118g of fat, and 133g of carbs per day. i was wondering. if the total of these three macronutrients is 517g, how do i consume the total amount of 3,158 calories per day? any help would be appreciated as i’m very new to this. thank you !
