Advice needed on my diet plan for beginner weight lifting!

I’ve been looking over my food groups and meal plans for the week and it looks like my macros are as follows:

67.8g Fat

165g Carbohydrates

170g Protein

Which puts me at around 1980 calories. That puts me in a deficit as I’m 5’7, 153lbs and will be working out 3-4 times a week to gain mass. My job has me on my feet for 10-11 hours also. Should I stick to the meal plan I have for a few weeks to a month to see how I feel, or is it safe for my body to ingest more fat, carbs and protein to help reach 2400 calories/day?
