Almost 40% of Delhi-NCR residents hesitant to take vaccine: NCAER survey

The telephonic survey of 3,168 respondents found that 20% of NCR residents were certain that they would not take the vaccine, 15% were unsure, and 4% said they would not take it as they were already infected by the virus.
