Why caloric junk food is bad for skinny to muscular diet ?

Hey there,

Since some time I am aiming 5’000 kcal a day to get from skinny to muscular. I’ve been wondering why I shouldn’t eat or drink junk food. 1 bottle of coke sugar free has in itself around 800kcal! For a person who’s trying to get skinny it must be a horror but for me who’s trying to gain weight 800kcal in just 1 bottle that I can drink quickly seems really good..


Please tell me why I should avoid those junk food !
