I’ve seen a lot of people like Greg doucette saying that you can maintain your weight but lose body fat as long as your progressive overloading, and that seems like a pretty good idea as long as your willing to stick to that for an extended period of time. But at the same time Ive seen people at the gym who don’t look like they’ve changed at all, which makes me think that maintaining a smaller deficit (250 deficit or so) would be better because it would allow me to progressive overload more easily as well as preserve more muscle mass compared to a regular cut. What do you all think?
