EX: Hard caloric deficit, friend invites you out to a burger place, have a burger and fries, over day's calories by 450 or so.
Do you stick with original target for next day and just forget it, take it as a sign it might make sense to back off the deficit for a while, skip a meal the next day, cut 150 a day from next 3 days, something else?
What's worked for you in the past?
