Bad cholesterol levels

Just had my yearly health check and all came back normal but bad cholesterol levels were a bit high.

Any ideas how to get it down to normal levels?

My usual diet is as follows:

Supplements: Omega 3, Multivitamin, Vit D 5000iu, Biotin 5000mcg, Vit C 1000mg

Diet includes bananas, whey protein isolate, oats, oat milk, blueberries, yoghurt, apples, meat source i.e. chicken, beef, pork, fish source i.e. salmon, tuna, white rice, potatoes, veg sources i.e. broccoli, cabbage, peppers, kefir, dark chocolate, whole eggs, wholegrain bread, avocado, olive oil, sauces i.e mayo, ketchup, mustard, horseradish.

Totals: 2927 calories, 26% protein, 58% carbs, 15% fats.
