[15M] 25% bodyfat at 145lbs should I cut or bulk?

Hey guys! I'm going to be following Ice cream Fitness smarter surgery on my leg. And I was looking for nutrition tips for my body type, I'm 145lbs and I'm guessing 25% bodyfat so Idk if u should cut or bulk.


I eat 2200 cals of chicken things a d breasts, turkey meat, riced cauliflower, corn on the cob, potatoes, kale chips, apples, peanuts, almonds, multigrain bread so over pretty healthy. Thanks!
