Skinny fat solution?

Hi I’m 19, 5’10 and weigh in around 145-146 maintaining my weight at 16-17% Bf, with gyms finally opened up I can do my full 4 day upper/lower split along with cardio during the week in the form of mountain biking/running.But overall I lost quite a bit of mass and gained around 3-4% bodyfat during the time gyms were closed so I’m not sure what my goals should in the gym.
