Fortis Healthcare has signed definitive agreements with Kauvery Group of Hospitals for the sale of its hospital business operations in Vadapalani, Chennai, for Rs.152 crore ($20.4 million). The deal will be an all-cash transaction and is expected to conclude by the end of July 2023.
