I’ve recently become a family man and have been on the look out for quick and convenient ways of meeting protein goals. I’ve come across the Gym Kitchen ready made meals.
If not specifically Gym Kitchen meals, has anyone had positive results with healthy ready made meals? I don’t need to be told that meal prepping will be more beneficial as I realise that, however I’m looking for time efficient ways/take the stress out/have more time on my hands when dieting.
